We have all been hearing about lawyers increased experiences of depression and anxiety. We also know that we all are better at what we do when we are healthy and feeling well. So, as suggested by the Bell campaign…”Let’s Talk”.

Tailored specifically for lawyers, this session will give you some basic information on what anxiety is and how it reveals itself. More importantly, you will learn about strategies to manage anxiety and what resources are available to help yourself and your colleagues.
