The focus of this session is on real property law and questions that commonly affect those who practice real estate, particularly members in rural Manitoba. Multiple topics are canvassed, with particular attention to: a brief overview of The Registry Act and the old/deed system, real property applications that bring old system deeds of ownership into the Torrens system, and wastewater management regulations.
